About Us |
In today’s construction landscape—where fast profits often outweigh quality—many homes are built with low-grade materials that wear out quickly, compromise health, and reduce property value. At Nowicki and Jaensch, we take a different approach. We specialise in accessibility modifications designed to last, support independence, and improve overall well-being. From widening doorways and repositioning handles, to installing grab rails, non-slip flooring, step-free entries, and accessible bathrooms, our modifications aren't just upgrades—they're essential for long-term liveability. We use durable, wellness-focused materials and design strategies that minimise future repairs and support physical ease throughout the home. While land may appreciate, buildings often lose value without the right care. Cosmetic touch-ups like cheap paint may hide surface flaws, but they don’t solve long-term issues or enhance quality of life. True value comes from functionality, safety, and smart design—features that matter to buyers and empower current occupants. By reducing maintenance needs through thoughtful, lasting construction, we help you or your loved ones maintain greater independence, comfort, and confidence in everyday life.
